There are NO cancellations allowed within 24hrs of your appointment.
When booking with SKINmas, you will be asked to provide your credit card details and agree to our cancellation policy.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Should you cancel less than 24*hrs prior to your appointment, or if you are a no-show, you will forfeit your booking deposit paid for that appointment.
Please note that this applies to consultation bookings also.
If you attend for an appointment and are pregnant or breastfeeding, we cannot proceed with treatment and you will forfeit your deposit.
If you attend for a FILLER appointment and have had any vaccination within 2 weeks prior to your appointment, we cannot proceed with treatment and you will forfeit your deposit.
REQUIRED TREATMENT DEPOSITS range from $50-$300 depending on the treatment and will be TAKEN OFF FINAL PRICE AT TIME OF TREATMENT
We are a small, family owned and run business. We put these measures in place to secure our business and livelihood.
*Please call the clinic if have a legitimate reason for cancelling within the 24hour time frame, for example you are awaiting a COVID-19 test result. We will discuss your treatment and appointment options with you.
Please note the Cancellation Policy does not apply when the Queensland Government has enforced a “lockdown”. If this happens, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.
